0.1.8 -> Some minor bug fixes.

Fixed a couple of issues with the previous build:
- Decorations should now save correctly.
- Old save games weren't loading properly. Fixed now.
- Income from visitors visiting display cabinets now works correctly.
- Added frame rate limiter to the PC build.
