Fossil Quest 0.1.0 - Our first major patch!

Hello everyone!

Romy and I here to update you on our latest progress and changes.

Major Updates

New Major Dinosaur
We've added a new dinosaur to exhibit as well as a couple of minor fossil exhibits. Can you find them all and put them up for display?

Exhibit & Fossil Quality
You can now damage your fossils while excavating, so be careful!! Getting all your fossils in perfect condition will allow you to have a flawless display in your museum. The more you travel to different locations the better the chances of getting perfect fossils.

Saving & Loading
We've added an auto-save feature with all this new content so you can come back and pick up where you left off.

Randomized Dig Sites
Dig sites and excavations are now randomized. You'll have different layouts to excavate and different fossils to find in each area. In the future, we will be adding more locations to explore and excavate.

Minor Updates & Improvements

As well as the major changes, we've also made a bunch of QOL improvements:

• Improved the exhibit management
• Fixed lots of bugs
• Added new SFX, visual effects and feedback
• Made a bunch of UI fixes and improvements
• Updated the excavation minigame
• Added camera panning to museum exhibit manager
• Fixed all close buttons
• Improved loading between scenes

Roadmap and future plans

Visitors
We want to add visitors who come and look at your lovely exhibits. What's the use of having a museum with no visitors? Take a look at our sneak peak below!

Economy
With new visitors comes an economy. You'll earn money you can use to purchase upgrades, decorations, tools and other awesome things.

Expanding the bone excavation mechanics
We've got some plans on improving the excavation mechanics. Stay tuned for more info.
